As Managing Director, Tvrtko brings more than 15 years of hands-on experience in civil construction. As the driving force behind Sierra PM, Tvrtko leads with confidence, practical problem-solving and a steady focus on keeping projects moving smoothly from start to finish.
Approachable, professional and genuinely passionate about the industry, Tvrtko thrives in the fast-paced construction environment and embraces the unique challenges each project presents.
Under his leadership, Sierra PM continues to grow with a client-first mindset, a strong focus on project efficiency and a culture that supports internal development, capability and enjoyment along the way.
Benny Ho
Construction Manager
As Construction Manager, Benny brings more than 15 years of experience developed through site-based and consultant roles.
At Sierra PM, Benny is responsible for overseeing projects from establishment to handover, ensuring effective planning, delivery and alignment with Client and stakeholder expectations.
Known for his calm and approachable leadership, Benny is a trusted presence both on site and in the office to ensure the team delivers high-quality outcomes. He takes pride in building strong connections in industry and is a passionate advocate for nurturing talent through mentoring cadets.
James Dunbar
As Manager of Projects at Sierra PM, James’ career spans more than 20 years in contracting, client‑side project and development management roles with private developers.
Underpinned by his civil engineering background delivering complex projects across New South Wales, James contributes deep industry knowledge and a practical understanding of urban developments.
Throughout his career, James has worked closely with contractors, consultants and developers, building broad experience across the full development life cycle, from acquisition and feasibility through to registration and defects management. This end-to-end perspective allows him to bring a well-rounded, practical approach to every project.

Anthony Mercieca
Utilities and Survey Manager
Anthony brings over 10 years of hands-on experience in civil and landscape construction. He is the link between design teams, surveyors and site crews behind Sierra PM’s Utilities & Survey division.
Specialising in turning complex CAD and documentation into accurate, machine-ready models, Anthony ensures everyone works from coordinated and reliable data improving productivity, reducing rework and field operations running efficiently.
