The 53 Fleurs Street project in Minchinbury involves the subdivision of one existing lot into 17 residential lots.

Supported by associated civil works including demolition, tree removal, bulk earthworks, stormwater drainage, landscaping and installation of utility services.

Sierra PM is supporting the development as project manager and construction superintendent, coordinating project delivery and construction activities, managing utility investigations, coordination and upgrades and overseeing the process for securing the Subdivision Certificate.
