95 Myrtle Creek Avenue will contribute to the continued growth of the local community, creating new residential opportunities while supporting the ongoing development and expansion of the surrounding area.

The 95 Myrtle Creek development will deliver 33 new residential lots within the Wollondilly Shire Council local government area.

Sierra PM supported the developer throughout the project, providing comprehensive project management and construction superintendency services from planning through to delivery. The team also assisted with lot sales coordination, DA modifications and the preparation and management of Subdivision Works Certificates, ensuring key approvals, construction activities and project milestones were effectively coordinated and delivered.
